Sex & Nudity

  • There are never actual sex scenes only before and after sex scenes.

Violence & Gore

  • Characters yell and argue, with occasional fights involving shoving and punching.
  • Some moderately bloody and gory situations are seen such as people being stabbed, shot, burned or even dismembered. For example, a man is seen exploding on a landmine and dies in a bloody manner. Some body parts are later seen on the floor. However, the show is not as gory as the original 911
  • In S4 EP13 , a guy is very frozen and the doctor tries to do CPR on him and his hand goes straight through his body, pretty nasty and unexpected.
  • A man has a piece of volcanic rock melted into his chest. Another man dies when he is struck by a volcanic rock, though the after effects are not shown.
  • Character often ends up in dangerous situations, sometimes ending up in violence and blood.

Profanity

  • Uses of hell, ass, and bitch frequently. Words like dick and slut are less frequent and occur more in the first seasons.

  • Many scenes take place in a bar, which feature beer and hard liquor drinking.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Some action-packed scenes include daring rescues from intense situations such as fires, explosions, and a tornado.
  • A woman tries to commit suicide in season 2. Could be possibly triggering. While the attempt is not shown, the bloody aftermath is later seen
  • Portrayal of ptsd and the characters journey to deal with it.

Sex & Nudity

  • TK and Carlos have two scenes where they're shown making out and taking off their clothes. No nudity.
  • While returning home TK is mad at Carlos. Carlos mentioned that he and TK were co workers in front of Carloses parents. TK says, " If what we did this was morning was as co workers that was completely unprofessional." They never say what they did but it's implied something sexual.

Violence & Gore

  • In the first season, one of the main characters is shot by a kid with his grandfather's gun.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • In the first episode, TK overdoses on opioids. His addiction is also mentioned on occasion throughout the series.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • In the first season, TK is shot by a kid with his grandfather's gun.
  • In season 3 we see a character suffering severe hypothermia in the snow, he has no clothes on.
  • Some traumatizing scenes involve kidnapping, a plane crash, almost freezing to death, being hit by a volcano, being chased or being shot at.
