- Flies fly into people's eyes on several occasions, spraying blood at times. One man is shown holding his eyes with bloody fingers, then later blindfolded. One man has them enter, then he is shown from behind, shaking violently and screaming.
- Two instances of a man attacking another man with a knife, once cutting another man's arm
- A man is hit by a falling stage light. He is shown on the ground, brain exposed and blood pouring out.
- The remains of a bloody skeleton is seen in a trash can.
- A man is strangled. The hands are seen strangling him, sounds are heard as he presumably dies offscreen.
- There are two different occasions of a woman falling from a high place. Both are shown still alive on the ground, one with blood pooling and a leg twisted.
- A woman has her tongue cut in half with scissors.
- A hot poker is stabbed and held in a woman's eye.
- A woman is hit in the stomach with an axe.

- A door is shown at several instances with screaming sounds coming from it. At least two people approach it to try to listen.
- A film real shows intense flashes of a woman's face, bloody at times, among other things.
- The ghost appears at several instances, usually standing behind someone or looking down at the scene.
- A man has 'visions' of the past and some deaths, which disturb him mentally.
- A woman is shown, twice, giving birth. Nothing of her is shown, but the sack falling is graphic and the baby comes flying out at one point, hitting it's head on a corner and having black eyes.
- A man with a tumor laughing shows up and speaks creepily.
- A man encounters the ghost of a girl that is partially comprised of a swarm of flies. She chases him.
