Dan's phone repeatedly changes model throughout the pilot. In long-shots it is clearly a Blackberry or similar QWERTY keyboard model while all close ups show a first generation iPhone.
We see both Dan and Neal board a #18 Columbus bus in 1997. There is no #18 Columbus Bus. Furthermore the Bus model shown (made by NOVA) has never been operated by SF Muni.
When Dan wakes up to find himself in the past for the third time he checks his cell phone and finds that he has no service. It is an iPhone that he is clearly holding upside down, yet the video inlay is upside right. It also shows the screen as though he lost service during a call.
The main character saves Neal from being hit by an oncoming F-Market streetcar in what is supposedly San Francisco in 1987. The F-Market streetcar line did not exist in 1987. It did not begin regular service until eight years later in 1995.
Several shots from 1987 clearly show residential permit parking signs. The residential permit parking program did not begin in San Francisco until 1988.
