Mummy type adventure!
lawriter-5083726 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Brendan Freiser, It finally hit me. Action Adventure Comedy! The mosquitos in the box, the launch director professor in Ireland wearing a suit with flip flops, this is another mummy laughter movie. That's great! I missed those. I hope they continue this line. Freiser as Rick O'Connell was unforgettable. However Brendan and Tom need to get to the gym and drop a few lbs. Too many burgers have them sporting triple chins. Nonetheless, they are actors worth watching despite their low self esteem. No problem, they can always drop the weight. Hope the follow the Sommers formula.

Funny how Freiser resembles Elon Musk? I wonder if this story is a parallel of Spacex?

No real direction

I wanted this show to be good but it's like they did it on a budget of a few quid. And one pet peeve, if you're saying it's in Dublin and show a Garda car, we don't have Police written on the light bar. It's like the show was rushed without any thought to plot or storyline, pity.

The Knives of Friends

With Peter Swann planning to send up another satellite. Vincent Corbo suggests that an inside person has been helping an outside force to blow up the first satellite.

The story is mainly told in flashback. It begins in Ireland and a Garda police member going inside a house. Soon he and Vincent comes crashing out of a window.

Dr Abraham Geller an associate of Peter Swann is the main suspect. However he makes a revealtion about Peter Swann's sister, Zora.

There is also a flashback regarding how Peter and his fiance Graciela Davila met.

The nice bits were the action sequences. The comedy from Vincent Corbo's crew was strained and unfunny. They come across as more irritating.

By episode 3, it seems Professionals is very low budget. The series looks cheap.
