When Jerry arrives at the pharmacy and pulls up his pant leg, the wound is on the outside of his left leg. When he is inside and then later applying the treatment, the wound is now on the inside of his left leg.
After 2342 finds Singleton's car he calls in to report it. Mathews and Williams respond, but there is no sign of 2342's patrol car. Another unit brings Mrs. Singleton and there are just the two cars, no sign of 2342.
After Jerry fires his last shot at the standoff, the gun is clearly empty, as the barrel is exposed- on the model 1911 pistol, the slide locks back exposing the barrel after the last round is fired. When Sgt. Williams picks it up, the barrel is now covered.
Several errors take place regarding Coley's handgun. It is a model 1911 semi automatic pistol, which must have the hammer fully rearward (cocked) to fire. In the opening scene, when Jerry is initially shot, and when Coley is shot the hammer was fully forward, which would make it impossible to fire the gun. It is clear that the gunshot sounds were edited in later, as blanks would require the hammer to be cocked. The gun is also in this condition when Jerry threatens the pharmacist.
