For six months now, Dr. Tom Jackman has been dealing with a very peculiar problem. It would seem that he has an alter ego. But this is not a case of split personality. When his alter ego emerges, he actually undergoes some physical changes as well. Jackman has been careful to hide information about himself and the two have developed an elaborate means of keeping tabs on the other. Dubbed Mr. Hyde, Jackman's other self is a rakish, violent man who enjoys the physical pleasures of life. Jackman has been researching the issue and through the use of a private detective agency learns that he may have a family connection to Dr. Henry Jekyll. Unfortunately, the fine balance in Jackman and Hyde's relationship begins to break down when Hyde learns that Jackman has a family.
