This isn't a filler or useless episode. Each episode shows the problematic sides of people and in particular of our society. The constant search for attention of many people who take advantage of important events is shown. You can find it even today that many talk about war without knowing anything at all and in fact many stories are invented here in order to say something and to feel important, in the ending she don't help the wounded husband for have something to finally say and to feel important.

I Don't care if is it filler or not, this anime especially this episode, it makes you smile and laugh, disgust and fear, especially the boy who try to study really hard for his math exam but when the exam started he had rewound and throw up all the laws of math that he studied on his exam paper it's really make you disgust and fear and don't forget about that pregnant child who turn into a baby version from shounen bat that's really make me laugh out loud and the end it was like the Strawberry on the cake, the whole episode is 10/10 the review ends here.
