I wish there was more scenes with Ian & Mickey & other gay characters. Love to see these 2 get married & try to be clean & good

The best part of shameless are the characters. Their story lines were also wonderful in the first four seasons. Then the show slowly started to tank but was still enjoyable because of the characters. Now the story lines are horrible as the character development has dwindled. Mickey and Ian are still great but V and Kevin are boring and the Gallagher kids are dull. Lip's girlfriend is just awful. Debbie's storyline of keeping the house organized is absurd. Carl is still funny with his remarks and actions. Liam is adorable. Frank is still Frank but the shock value of his behavior is gone. The show needs to end so our memories of the show can still be good one.

As fans of Shameless from the start, my wife and I have occasionally felt that the "shark" was nearby. Last night's episode saw the shark hop into the boat and bite virtually every cast member.

Enjoying Shameless means suspending disbelief. Last night's episode also required suspending all sense of reality and maturity. This was simply the silliest episode ever. From vets treating late stage terminal disease to scores of tinder dates showing up for a "contest" . . . AND . . . actually staying around to see who wins, there's only two possible questions: Are the writers now a bunch of semi-literate 10 years old? Or, do the writers expect viewers are now moronic enough to accept their stupidity. OK, a third question: are the writers just messing with us.

Shameless used to be one of the most creative, shocking and often intelligent commentaries on bad behavior and bad choices, with occasional redemption. No more. Hope Shamless' "shark" circling is rewarded with a much deserved final season.

True Shameless ended when Fiona left. That, and how amazing it is that Frank, Lip and Carl are all in such amazing shape when they can't afford a gym or workout places. The storylines get desperate for humor and there is very little left in the show.
