Interestingly enough, besides versatile actress Ana Lorena Mejía's substantial stage career, the character of the troubled villainous Lisa Lewis not only represents her first leading role in film, but also her first ever performance on the big screen.
Character Raymond Santiago as well as his name were created way before the definite actor was cast for the part. But as fate would have it, the actor who eventually landed the role of Raymond turns out to be "Rey" (Rey Lopez Simó). As a result, every time Regina flirtily calls him in Spanish "mi rey" seems to be double suitable.
