- Joe and Mexican fighter champ team up against subversives.
- Agents from the U.S. State Department come to request Joe's assistance with a goodwill mission to Mexico. An upcoming election is targeted by the local Communists to install their candidate in the office of president. This will fail, however, if there is a very positive event preceding voting that shows friendship between the US and Mexico. So, Joe, Anne, Knobby and Clyde fly to Mexico City where they are hosted by Alfredo Gonzalez and family. The Communist are out to discredit Joe and his American party any way that they can. When Anne goes shopping for gifts, a Communist agent slips a 5000-peso ring into her pocket to make it look like she shoplifted it. Luckily, her escort is another US-friendly agent. He manages to get the ring from her and make it appear ion the pocket of the Communist instead. He is hauled of by the police. The next Communist ploy is to kidnap Joe's intended opponent - Enrico "Hank" Garcia, "the pride of Mexico. He is the current Mexican champ and very popular. Joe is able to intimidate the shoplifter agent into revealing where Enrico is being held captive. Just in time, Joe and Enrico appear at the boxing venue. Ten rounds into a fairly well-balance match, the leader of the Communist saboteurs is spotted in the audience. Joe and Enrico jump out of the ring to confront them. Authorities arrest the man on the spot. During the scuffle, Enrico's hand is injured. Joe sends him off to the doctor for treatment. Everyone is happy with the outcome.—Garon Smith
