There's a reverberation at the start of Kelly's opening monologue, with what sounds like the microphone picking up his voice too artificially.
Although the word "bimbo" wasn't completely unheard of during the 1940s, it was more of a contemporary term that came back into fashion during the 1980s, yet is said as part of Kelly's film noir spoof. This same issue occurs again in Episode #5.6 (1983).
