Writer failed to turn an important subject into story. Poorly directed and edited. Acting was not only bad but miserable. Looks like shamoon tried to make a marvelous piece but when too many roles are adopted out of selfishness, nothing ends perfectly.

Watched it twice and loved it ... beautiful screen play cinematography and not a routine Pakistani movie, an extraordinary performance by cast specially Shamoon Abbasi I hope Pakistan media and film fraternity realise that they have a phenomenal actor and can be utilized to produce some master pieces. A big applauded to the cast and crew for producing a beautiful piece of art in such a small budget and with out the help and banner of any media house and facing the multi starer and mega budget movies by impressing the audience of Pakistan.

Splendid movie from the acting to the costumes and location was superb . I enjoyed every bit of this movie and recommend everyone to watch it.
This movie revolves around the bitter truth that we dont wish to see and close our eyes when confronted..
This bold topic was beautifully covered and executed by the director. All the actors did amazing performances, others should take notes..
It was an amazing experience in all..

Durj is a marvelous movie and a must watch. Amazing cinematography and even more amazing acting. The mesmerizing scenes takes you in but the characters are what kept me on the edge of my seat. Loved it. durj is about what lengths a person can go to satisfy his hunger and how the sinners uses logic and circumstances to justify their sins. The inner workings of the mind to survive deprivation and mental disorders. It is a brilliant work and a must watch.
