- When seen for the first time, Hubie's mom wears a shirt that says "Boner Donor." She got it from the thrift store.
- A crude sexual conversation of a character having "a boner in math class."
- Two teens are briefly shown kissing at a party.

- Two adults kiss.
- Two grandmas wear shirts reading "I shaved my balls for this?" and "It's not going to lick itself". It's in the background, so it's hard to see.
- The main character's mother is confused, thinking that "boner" is another word for "mistake" and that's all it means. It becomes a running gag for the main character to replace "mistake" with "boner."
- A young preteen girl is dressed like Harley Quinn in a midriff-baring crop top.
- A random nun stares at one of the main characters along with Hubie. She then states at she is asexual but she claims that the woman she and Hubie are starting at makes her "horny".
- Three newscaster women dress as Harley Quinn. One of them is wearing very small and very tight short shorts, as well as a very tight shirt. She is seen a few more times throughout the movie.

- As the climax is broadcasted on TV, Hubie confesses his love to his crush, and kisses the camera. His crush, watching the scene, kisses the TV sensually in front of her 3 kids.
- Moderate crude humor throughout. A guard in an insane asylum walks into a patients cell to check on him. He asks the man if he peed his bed in the night because he couldn't keep it in. Then the guard takes off the patient's covers revealing a dummy made of jello who has a hot dog penis and testicles, suggesting that he escaped earlier.
