Very exciting.

I know there will be those that didn't care for this final episode. Personally I really enjoyed it, yes the plot is far fetched, but then it has been from the start. It's gripping, exciting, and I'll be honest it provides an outcome I truly didn't expect.

Series two was a little slow to open up, but when it did I thought it was great, Parts 1 and 2 were slow, but from there on in it was great.

Terrific acting, Katherine Kelly was the best of the new wave, but Froggatt steals the show.

I only wish the wait had been shorter, 9/10.

Terrible second series
Jimmyriddled9 April 2020
Wow, this has to be one of the most absurd second series of any drama ever. Not only was it years later than the original, the plot has more holes than a sieve. The legal side of the whole thing is completely flawed, and the characters are not just unbelievable they are unlikeable. Should have just left it at one series. Unfortunate Conclusion

Warning: Spoilers
I was looking forward to this season after the first one. We really enjoyed it -right up to the last fifteen minutes. The ending made no sense.

SPOILERS

Laura had already told the police she had seen Andrew a couple of days after his escape. So, her pithy comment about "not trusting the police" makes no sense. Also, with Vanessa, she had someone who she already had a rapport with. The twist was a letdown.
