Interesting Second Season, One big issue with Nadia
onikage-4932425 April 2022
In the first season, Nadia was very smart and quickly figured out the situation. Having experienced a very Paranormal thing previously, one big issue while she's in Nora's body: She keeps talking like she's Nadia while she knows everyone sees and hears Nora. She knows she's in the past, with her consciousness in her mom's body.

Why, WHY does she keep talking to everyone as Nadia and keep referring to them as Nadia knows them, not Nora? Is her character incapable of the effort to adjust her words to not seem like a insane person?

If this is why everyone later thinks Nora is crazy (as we saw in Season 1) then that's really dumb writing. Its not clever. Especially, ESPECIALLY if the "Smashing the Mirrors" incident happens because Nadia gets stuck as Nora and can't stand to see her mom's reflection anymore.

It's a myth, like El Dorado

Nadia continues her search for the gold which "disappeared under suspicious metaphysical circumstances." Many fabulous lines this time, some timey-wimey, some hilarious and a few that are both.

Excellent music as always with tracks from Eno, Alley Cats and Velvet Underground. There are some Inception level Russian Doll metaphors e.g. Ultrasound of baby in baby and the recursive TV screens.

Superb episode with a nice 'page turner' hook at the end.

Warning: Spoilers
This show continues to be good, but I just don't think there is a full season of material in this one. Hopefully we get some big twist or development soon to keep things exciting.

Should I Keep Watching?
BetaMaxine25 April 2022
Having just binge watched Season One, I was wondering what to expect for Season Two. It's more Doctor Who rather than Groundhog Day. I won't go into details but I found it increasingly unwatchable. Nadia is just annoying and I didn't care much about the whole contrived plot about the family's fortune. Also, not much Alan so far. I don't know that I'll keep watching.
