Great season so far, excited to see what's next

This show is so highly entertaining each season, and the performances from the actors are just the cherry on top. Sarah Paulson is absolutely amazing in this role, as well as the rest of the cast and casting choices. Billy Eichner's "journalist" was a standout for me this episode, and I hope he is a reoccurring character throughout. I cannot wait to see what the rest of the season brings!

Say hello to Mr. Drudge for new scoops!

This episode 3 from season 3 of "FX's" "American Crime Story: Impeachment" called "Not to Be Believed" is another drama filled interesting episode of he said or she said! Again going back in fourth in the mid 90's with flashbacks we as viewers still see Monica in love with president Clinton, however their rocky relationship is put to the test with tension as Bill wants to break away and keep Monica at bay, however she keeps giving gifts to save her job. Also Paula Jones is offered a settlement yet she wants to be stubborn and go to trial, while Linda continues to keep Monica's secrets while being hounded by reporters, however interesting is seeing internet former Hollywood reporter Matt Drudge enter the scene as he tries to break down the President with his scandal reports. Overall good well done episode that sets the series up for more scandal, secrets, and revealing drama.

Sarah Paulson is phenomenal! In fact all of the cast are very good. Clive has got the voice to a tee!! Great stuff.

Cobie Smulders is everything

Her portrayal of Coulter is spot on even if the directors could've taken the character even further in Ann's world of lies and hate. Otherwise good cast and the pacing is better now.

What a great cast

This season really rocks. Sarah Paulson as the perp is great, albeit nearly unrecognizable 😄 But Clive Owen is the highlight. Best Bill Clinton since...well...probably even the original is not that good 😄 I really love this season and it totally lives up to its predecessors.

Not to Be Believed

I found the first two episodes to be drudge.

In this one the character of Matt Drudge turns up. It is the early days of internet news. A new brand of journalism.

It certainly adds spikiness to the story. As for Bill Clinton. The vultures are circling and he needs to settle with Paula Jones.

With Monica Lewinsky being a producer of Impeachment, she certainly appears sympathetic.

With Linda Tripp dead, she certainly is the wicked witch.

Clive Owen looks wrong as Bill Clinton but he has worked hard on the voice.

Warning: Spoilers
The Paula and Steve characters just come off as too cartoonish. Maybe this is how they were in real life, but it just seems implausible.

"I hear another woman's come forward"

Warning: Spoilers
"Impeachment" falters a bit with this segment and its emphasis on side characters like Matt Drudge and Anne Coulter.

The fascinatingly icky Clinton-Monica Lewinsky pas de deux takes a backseat as we tag along with journalist Michael Isikoff and watch Paula Jones et al tussle over whether to settle or not. Not exactly gripping stuff.

Jane Paulson's portrayal of Linda Tripp continues to dominate the series. She's itching to spill about the real story in the White House. So why's she messing around with Isikoff? I thought she wanted a book! Linda's straight talk to a crestfallen Monica is some of the best dialogue in E3 (i.e., "He chose to start a relationship with an intern, which got you kicked out of the White House. Then he strung you along for an eternity, then he dumps you, and you're supposed to be fine?")

At one point Clinton incredulously asks Monica if she trusted Linda Tripp. He shouldn't gloat -- he risked everything with a 23-year-old star-struck intern "bearing gifts."

Some momentum is lost with this episode. Hopefully, the series will recover.
