Former Road Rules contestant Daniel Dias has died at age 34, Et can confirm.
The reality show alum from the 13th season of the reality show in 2004 was discovered over the weekend in his Brooklyn, New York, apartment, the NYPD tells Et. Authorities add that Dias was pronounced dead at the scene, and at this time, no criminality is suspected.
"The cause and manner of death are pending further studies following yesterday’s examination," the Office of the NYC Medical Examiner’s Office tells Et.

The show, which aired from 10-11 p.m., ranked No. 1 in its time period across all of cable in the network's target demo of persons 18-34, averaging a 2.0 rating. That's also up 36% compared with MTV's "10 Spot" series premieres year-to-date.
"A Shot at Love" performed best in the demos of women 18-24 (4.0 rating) and female teens (3.3).
The show also became MTV's No. 2 highest-rated series premiere for the year so far, behind "Life of Ryan" (Aug. 27) and tied with "Newport Harbor: The Real Orange County" (Aug. 15).
