Typical remodel show. I enjoy watching it though! I like the new designs, they are really my taste. The hosts have good chemistry. I am familiar with Jojo from the bachelorette, but it's nice to see her on something non-bachelor related. I also love that it's based in Texas. A little closer to home so I enjoy that. I feel like it has that typical home remodel feel where they find a great family, come up with a good idea, run into a problem, easily solve it, and then everything turns out great! So nothing new, but still an easy/enjoyable to watch if you are into that HGTV vibe. I would recoend it!

Pretty interesting DIY/Renovation format.

The approach taken in accessing the potential for a dwelling to earn money is interesting. Most renovations related programming is based on a sales or charity based format so this show is kind of different... So far... The only difficulty I'm having is the loud, overt, shrewd female host. I watched the last episode on mute, it seems that her voice is permanently set to 11. It has become quite grinding...
