Ring Fit Adventure is the only reason I managed to stay in shape after all of the gyms shut down due to COVID-19, and in the middle of the pandemic I had to move to an area where gyms are scarce, and this has been a godsend since then.
I've been playing for two full years now, and I've got more than 600 hours worth of exercise logged. Ring Fit won't replace every aspect of fitness, especially strength training, but it is an excellent substitute/supplement for endurance training and cardio.
