- Season 16, episode 185. Cem wants to hide his dismissal for Amelie as long as he is broke. As a merchant he tries to sell old LKM-crockery on the Salzmarkt; Ben assists him. Cem triumphs when he earned a lot of money this way but Gregor, in front of Amelie, makes clear that he fired Cem a while ago. The police still seeks the hotel thief. The birthmark on baby Irene and those in the Merz-family are an indication that Laurenz is the father instead of Dominik. Hilli and Cornelius underline their reconciliation during a walk and a talk. The genetic test shows that Laurenz is like Leonie a parent of Irene. Hannes accidentally finds Dominique's stolen goods. When Dominique refuses to confess the police his crime Hannes reports him to the authorities. Hilli has the idea that her daughter restarts 'BonBon Küche' in Potsdam. Dominique shows up at the Rosenhaus. He has 20,000 euro and asks Leonie to join him to the USA. She makes him clear that according to a genetic test Laurenz is baby's father. The police shows up. Dominique grabs the car and quickly drives away not knowing that baby Irene lies on the backseat. Disappointed Luke can't accept that Britta wants to be with her foster parents in London. Britta can't be there for all and has to make a choice. After a discussion with Carla Britta decides to go. Luke comes in with unopened letters from his ex and his daughter. Luke's child wants to see her papa. Angelika visits Gunter in the estate house. Thomas calls him and is astonished because Gunter pretends to talk with Merle instead of with him. Later Angelika by chance hears about the bet between Thomas and Gunter around her and reacts furious. When the men offer her their apologies she makes an unexpected reaction. Frank persuades Gregor to hire Yvonne. She hoped to be his next personal assistance but has to be satisfied with a job as secretary.—B. Dijkhoff
