Quite a few amateurs in this new group. They're playing 72 bounty and Matusow raises with Kings and gets re-raised by Hellmuth with 72, Matusow plays it slow and gets scared that Hellmuth made a big hand and folds to a big river bet. Mike's crazy, you can't be checking a big hand then folding to one bet when the board pairs. Mike's fold is bad, but it's a fairly small pot and he believed he was beat. It's much better to fold and lose a small pot than to call thinking you're beat like Negreanu does for huge amounts and then say it was a cooler. Mike makes the money back and some, pretty quickly without cards. No one believes Mike's raises yet he doesn't re-raise pre and plays defensive when he has big hands. The funny thing is Hellmuth wouldn't of tried to bluff the river if there was no bounty, so he's right in a way he just didn't factor in 72. Voulgaris verbally puts Mike down, but doesn't have the heart to make a play himself, Mike raises him with air straight away and takes it. Solorio raises and then re-raises Brandon with 72 to 37000, Brandon calls and collects another 30000 on the flop then another 50000 on the turn, Solorio lost 117000 trying to collect that 3500 bounty. Not the highest character or skilled group, but chatty and have gamble.
