Wow. I mean... wow.

Also... it's great to see a script that is giving these actors the freedom to be the things they and the writer see in the world that need to be stopped/started. I hope the show makes it another year but it's feeling like it's the end of the story. A little heavy but it's a show that needed to be made. Great job, unreal episode. After a year a wondering if an episode would cover half of what's going on you covered a million little things... everything. And yet there is still so much more to discover. Wow.

Amazing episode!

First of I love everything about this show. This episode was very intriguing with many subplots being wrapped up. They made a great episode connecting all of the subplots in from season 1 and 2. Very emotional episode but this show is so good. Amazing even.

But some of the acting is a tad weak. And the music in this episode. So so so wrong when pj was having his moment.

It was a bit rushed

Warning: Spoilers
I really love the series, but the writers rushed the plot by having Rome's mom die so suddenly, then rush the funeral. There was just no time to process any of it. And Maggie getting an offer out of the blue to go to England for a year. Things are just a bit too tidy.

Let women say no and mean it

Warning: Spoilers
Stop it! Stop writing strong women and making them change their minds about children! Not wanting children isn't about their partner. Women can just not want children; not want to be a mother; not want to sacrifice themselves. How about writing strong women who know they don't want children and leaving it at that!

The rest of this episode was kind of awesome, but it was completely ruined by 2 minutes at the end of the episode.

Gary did it again

Warning: Spoilers
So the big argument in this episode is that Maggie doesn't want to get married. She said she was all in when she had cancer, and now that she doesn't have cancer the all in that Gary interpreted as staying with him forever isn't good enough without wanting to marry him. He doesn't care that she now wants to take some time to figure out her life now that she knows she's not going to die anytime soon hopefully. Simply loving him and staying with him until she figures out what she wants to do with this second chance suddenly isn't good enough. However, Gary has admitted to only offering her the ring when he wasn't sure if she was going to live. And that's not an issue at all. Of course it's not. Then he kicks Maggy out. He's abusive, narcissistic, and histrionic, to name a few of his issues. The character really says a lot about the writers, producers, directors. He's all those awful things but they make him a hero.
