- There are some scenes in the game that contains nudity. But there is nearly none.

- I will say this clear. This game is brutal. But I think that its not brutal enought to be rated 18+. There are lots of combat in this game and some cutscenes as well. Thats why we put the violence at Moderat.
- Enemies can be split in half across the median plane. Very gory.

- The game does not contain direct drugs. There are these magical potions and other stuff that boosts your health. But no Direct drug.

- There are cutscenes in the game that can be brutal. But not that bad really. There is people getting killed but it is a combat game so what would you expect. But there is not lots of frightening scenes.
