Sorry to say there's nothing much to distinguish this episode- no location shots, action, or suspense. An office is robbed and the executive killed. A young guy, John, is implicated and arrested, but is he guilty. Casey's assigned under-cover to investigate the brother, Lawrence, since the circumstances are suspicious. Turns out Lawrence has a sinister acquaintance, Oscar, who hangs around in the background. So what do the circumstances add up to. Who's guilty of what and who will be allowed to take the rap, if anyone.
Actually, Garland has little to do, her superb acting chops hardly exercised. A more involved director might have gotten more out of the material. But as half-hour stands, it's a forgettable episode.
