- There are endings that involve death, but there is no gore seen, the endings fade/cut to black.

- There are endings that deal with sensitive topics, though there is an option in the setting under Accessibility in the General tab that lets the player show content warnings for these endings and give them the option to skip them.

- Multiple endings include the death of the main protagonist, Stanley. An ending includes a timer counting down to a bomb exploding his office. Another one includes Stanley committing suicide by throwing himself off a set of stairs in order to complete an ending.
