Season 17, episode 29. Cem doesn't understand Amelie who refrains from having children on their own. He talks about it with Judith who blabs this to Amelie. Cem and Amelie seek a solution; is this the end of their relationship? Britta sees mutual attraction between Astrid and Alex. She urges Astrid to give him a chance. Alex promises Judith to appear on the information event organized by elementary schools of Lüneburg. She smells a chance to get him on her side. In Astrid's cheese shop she talks enamored with Amelie about Alex' kiss. Astrid has difficulties to hide her jealousy. Bicycling Astrid by accident meets Alex in the country but doesn't let him in. Fate disagrees with her: two flat tires and a storm brings them together. Until he tries to kiss her. Carla is annoyed by Britta's meddling all the time. Britta reveals Astrid that it is not easy being a caregiver for a housemate who has cancer. Tina, like her sister Astrid, also hints Britta to keep herself in balance to be able to continue executing this task. When Britta turns home it appears that she and Carla have the same idea about the next step in coping with breast cancer. They embrace each other for being one level. Teacher Thomas thanks Bruno that he allowed school children on his farm. Thomas wants more classes visiting him so that pupils learn more about nature and learn to understand where dairy and vegetables really come from. But Bruno refuses persistently. Pia doesn't talk to Thomas. Vivien challenges him to gain more empathy by riding around in a wheelchair himself. Bird lover Bruno realizes that it would be good when he introduces his grant son Oskar into the life of our feathered fellows.
