A day after beat cops came separate young drunk motor-biker Ruben Veit and his bike noise-fed-up senior neighbor, Veit is found beaten to death, the presumed murder weapon, a wrench, cleaned in battery acid, traces-proof. Neighbor Eddie Ochs Ochs is hand-injured but denies any part in the homicide. Ruben's smarter kid brother Moritz Veit recently replaced him as lover of siren Kiki Hartmann, daughter of clueless gas station owner Uwe Hartmann, whose van fits the noise reported by a blind neighbor.
