An evening looking into the story of a Copenhagen restaurant, Dins, which from the late 80s became the centre and starting point of the new Danish stand-up comedy scene. Popular comedians who started their careers there look back at their first performances and retell some of their early material, the movement's predecessors and influences are traced in both American stand-up and earlier Danish comedy, and the generation's many later successes are documented. Includes full episodes of
Tæskeholdet (1997) and
Casper & Mandrilaftalen (1999).
