Very well made special. This is an original piece. An original Comedy Special with out of the box thinking . We all come from somewhere else and I enjoyed JoKoy's introduction into Filipino Culture and life in the Filipines. It's also a look at life before COVID. I think to really do the Filipinos and JoKoy justice you need to do a 5 part series about your Comedy and the Filipino Culture (the people) in 45 minute segments. Bring in a few famous Flipinos and mix in up and comers but also include lots of the real people the heart and soul of the hard working people of the Filipines. Without any politics is/was KEY here!
*Disclaimer I am not Filipino nor do I have Filipino friends. Seen JoKoy on TV in the past but the Netflix special got me interested. I really liked the jam rap song at the end.
