This short film by Chris Marker was shot in a Bosnian refugee camp in Slovenia. The people observed in this film are working to collect satellite transmissions, which they then assemble into a sort of TV news program. Marker et al (including fellow renown Actor/Director Mathieu Kassovitz) interview the young people who are putting these programs together; while also focusing on the reactions of some of the older refugees in the camp. This is another rare made for TV Marker that can be found online. It is the companion piece for Marker's other short documentary on Bosnian issues, Casque Bleu. Though, this is the more interesting of the two. It runs 27:38. Another rare Marker that fans and completists will want to seek out. 8 out of 10.
