This is a reference to Mafia II where Leo Galante becomes Vito Scaletta's mentor during their imprisonment in the '50s. Both Leo Galante and Jimmy the Grape are voiced by Frank Ashmore. This also references the fact that one of the ways Vito Scaletta (the playable character) can obtain vehicles in the game, is by hijacking them.
