- A very brief and obscure shot of a penis can be seen
- The original cut contains edited sex scenes for the sake of a lower rating.
- A man sucks on a woman's breasts before kissing down her body while she unbuckles his pants and you see his erect penis. There is brief sight of penetration in a few shots, as he thrusts into her while her bare breasts are visible. After they climax, they are interrupted by a knock on the door, and you see him put a tissue on his groin before putting his pants back on.
- Multiple scenes at a strip club, with breast nudity visible. A woman is seen making out with another woman in the dressing room several times.
- An older woman strips for a man; he holds her breasts and sucks on them before sex is implied.
- A boy sees his parents having sex with the man thrusting from behind, before it cutting to a shot of two people having sex in a club in the same position in a room, which a man briefly sees while walking by.
- A man makes out with a woman while giving her drugs, they are standing up, she bends over and he is seen taking off his pants.
- A woman's vulva and pubic region is clearly visible as she receives an abortion procedure.
- A hovering crane shot inside a "love hotel" lasts for several minutes, with distant or blurred erect penises and multiple forms of sex shown. Acts shown include women performing oral sex on men, men and women performing cunnilingus, a man thrusting into a man's mouth while receiving fellatio, men thrusting on top of women with full nudity and penetration partially obscured due to incredibly saturated lighting, a man inserting a device into a woman's vagina repeatedly and a woman thrusting on top of a woman.
- After a few minutes, the crane shot transitions back into the love hotel, where two alternating couplings are shown having missionary sex with full nudity visible and orgasmic moans (the shots transitioning between sight of a man's sister and another man having sex and sight of a man's parents having sex in the missionary position as he is being conceived.) The camera takes an internal viewpoint in the vagina with an extreme close-up of the penis head moving forward and back, then the scene goes white with ejaculation. This is followed with the sight of sperm traveling to fertilize an egg.
- The two main characters are in a near incestuous relationship from the age of 7. They've shared a bed from a very young age, they kiss and hug each other while wearing almost nothing. And then Main character stares at his sister while she's naked, and sniffing her panties as well.
Violence & Gore

- There is a car crash and two bodies are shown after with bloody faces.
- An aborted fetus is shown. The camera lingers on it and zooms in for a closeup.
- A man starts an argument with another man, and a man is hit with a vase.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- The main character smokes dmt with a crack pipe, lots of drug use and language related to drugs.
- The protagonist is a drug dealer. He is seen smoking DMT in several scenes, as well as tripping on acid, and giving ecstasy and cocaine to other people. A woman snorts a bump of cocaine as they make out in one scene.
- Many people in numerous scenes, including Linda, are seen clearly intoxicated and high on various drugs.
- The whole film, due to its camera work and emphasis on colors and visual effects, is a kind of psychedelic journey. This gives a very peculiar tone to the movie.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The film deals with death and puts the viewer in the position of a dying man. Additionally, it has an extremely surreal and psychedelic atmosphere.
- The sex scenes are very graphic and quite intense (though not completely explicit), especially in the last minutes of the film.
- The same goes for the violence: there are very few violent encounters but when there are, it's pretty tense and always hard to Watch somehow.

Violence & Gore
- A character is shot from the first person perspective (which increases the impact). Gunshot is heard, with blood spurting and flowing from the wound seen in first person as the person collapses to the ground and there are multiple lingering shots of the corpse lying in a pool of blood.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- There is a very emotional, heart-wrenching scene of a child crying in a crashed automobile. It is extremely realistic.
- There is a shocking car crash which reoccurs a few times throughout the film.
