The creators have done a decent job at compacting everything into such a short episode. I would've liked to have some more questions answered, however it is a good watch. If there is a next episode maybe that one will answer some more questions.

Amazing job putting this togheter at the on going quarantine, while most of the first episode has footage of the Explained 2019 "The next pandemic" episode, this new one succeds at giving simple quick information about the Covid-19 health crisis. I can't believe the timing. Scary!

I highly recommend you to watch this new (Limited) miniseries that has just come out the first episode of "Coronavirus explained 2020" from Netflix. Why am I recommending it to you? Because it explains the situation of the COVID-19 compared to other attacks in the history of the world, real situations and because they do it from a scientific point of view and very easy to understand with explanations by experts. I am sure that in just 25 minutes per episode you will be able to draw your own conclusions and you will be able to react to this dangerous situation based on real data and you will have more material to take care of yourself and your loved ones.

Good information about the why it happend and why we have to stay at home.

Exactly what the bite sized attention span seems to be. I would have preferred more information but the fact that the majority of this documentary was filmed over a year ago, shows that EVERYONE that specializes in this type of study knew it wasn't if but when and our government should have been better prepared PERIOD.

And I also want to ask, did you notice that WHO was too late to declare that it is a pandemic (late January, which is MONTHS later it starts getting out of control... I am really disappointed. I wish even if countries are irresponsible and even ignorant leaders doesn't care about us- because they obviously care more about economic results- we could trust other authorities like WHO...

Anyways the show is great, don't hesitate to watch

A 20 minute blip about the greatest event in our living history. We get the why's and a few experts expanding on that. However, I want people held to account, I want world leaders asked why they slashed public health budgets while increasing military spending? Why they ignored numerous warnings from the highest qualified experts in their fields? I want the anti vaxers hauled over the coals as well, as they'll be the next obvious threat in all of this. Why is the WHO funding voluntary?! Why is China getting the blame for this pandemic in this pseudo documentary when it's obviously down to our addiction to air travel as a whole planet? Why did economic factors take first place over human lives? How much influence did big business and share holders have over various governments public health policies? This left a lot of questions unanswered. One thing I'm sure of, our addiction to money and convenience, the love of it, has made this crisis far worse than it should have been. But about that? Not a whisper.

UPDATE - Apparently there's more to come so I may have jumped the gun. I hope that my questions will be answered, they need to be as we need to take a long hard look at ourselves and what society has become.

It explains what happened to us and how it happened to us. It gives us hope for the vaccination. Perfect timing perfect show don't miss to watch it.
