We enjoyed every minute, every episode and constantly waited for the next one each week. This is not for everyone, as in it won't give you cheap thrills or kicks but if you are into a really good corporate kind of thriller reality show then it's tailor made for you. And tou can easily make out there is no fakes here, it's all real. Dear HBO, more of such high quality shows please! Thankyou in advance.

Watch it and enjoy the ride. Yes, she is a narcissist but that's part of the fun. She struts her stuff with abandon. She may be ridiculous, but she is entertaining. Wealth and ego; a perfect mix.

Fistabable I'm surprised HBO Max would pick up this show. I am all about girl empowerment and showing how to be a boss but in this case Bethennny is simply annoying, I love shows like this on a regular network, I do not agree to pay for a premium channel that is starting to add shows like this.

I almost didn't watch this because the trailers (and some of these reviews) made it seem like it was going to be over-the-top shallow and just an opportunity for Bethenny to act out.

This wasn't that at all! If anything it showed that Bethenny has heart.

Sure, she's a little tough on some of the contestants, but it was hard to believe some of these people were interviewing for a high-profile job, with the entitled way they acted. I thought Bethenny took a lot from them and wasn't near as tough as she could have been.

And in one particular case (I won't say who because it would be a spoiler) Bethenny gave things a chance, gave feedback, and turned a difficult situation around -- and the contestant really seemed to grow through the experience.

The show was very nicely done aesthetically, and I felt like the projects were interesting throughout. I found myself really getting attached to the contestants and wanting to know more about them, and about Bethenny. So much so that I cried during the final episode!

Just FYI, I have not watched a single episode of RHONY, or any of the "housewives" shows, or many reality shows at all, when I think about it. Big Brother might be the last one I watched, in the mid 2000s.

So yeah, I don't go for reality TV in general, and I was TRULY pleasantly surprised by this one. This review is my "vote" for another season!

I've just watched both episodes available on HBO Max and found the show exciting and really funny. Bethany is f*@#ing hysterical. The contestants are interesting but Nicole is so grating on the nerves!! Hopefully she will turn around but we shall see. For me it's a must watch mostly because of Bethany but it's also beautifully shot and they work out of a gorgeous loft. Watch it on a rainy right.❤

She got her start on a Martha Stewart reality show, then years later had her own poorly rated reality show.

Because of that poorly rated reality show, HBO thought she deserved another one?

STOP SUBSIDIZING GARBAGE REALITY SHOWS AND REALITY SHOW HOSTS THE PUBLIC HATES.

Make high quality documentaries and TV shows and movies and stop diluting the culture with worthless self-promotional crap like this.

I just watched Episodes 1 & 2. I really enjoyed it. It's interesting, funny and entertaining.

I can't wait to watch episode 3, but I can't find anywhere when it airs. Why only 2 episodes HBO. More please!!!!!

This should have been much better. I thought it would be like the early Aprentice days. No. Bethenny comes across mean and needing to be the center of attention. Who every cast this show should be fired. The candidates are not interesting and not qualified for the position. Mark Burnett has a big miss.

Everyone always wonders what it takes behind the scenes to build the empire that she's built and now that Bethenny has shown that and been completely transparent everyone is upset about it?

She got her start years ago and now has given all these people a chance to have their own start. If you have not realized they will all walk away with their own exposure and following from the show. Don't feel too bad just because she may not sugar coat it to you.

People are attacking her because she's a women and a boss! If a man did this he'd be looked at as just a boss but somehow she's mean.

Get over yourselves and keep watching! Maybe one day you can take all the little tips she's showing us and use it to be in the corporate world like her.

If you find a woman being mean and snarky to job applicants at all funny, interesting, or even mildly entertaining, you'll love this. But if you prefer a reality show that's a little more about people honestly interacting, or just engaging in a fair competition, you'll be disappointed. Side note, very few of these people are likable, and straight bout of the gate she sends a few of them home. You've been warned.

I love Bethenny! She is a go getter. Can't wait for the rest!

I don't think Bethany was the problem at all but just the overall process and production. It felt thrown together and just as Bethany navigates through the chaos this was just chaos. Just felt like a HBO pitched idea that was low budget and again this thrown together.

It is faced paced and entertaining. Very fun show that gives viewers an inside peak into running a large brand. There are some typical reality tv high jinks but I didn't spot any obvious acting. Other reviewers were mad about POC being in the show, which says more about their own personal biases because race is not a focal point of the show at all.

Some of the contestants were clearly chosen to be the villain and add drama. The things I didn't like was how random and disjointed some episodes were. It seems like Bethanny flies by the seat of her pants so that may just be the reality of working with her. The show is definitely not predictable.
