There are many lessons and positive messages in this series by PBS (Public Broadcasting Service). Those who were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to watch it in schools or at home grew up learning about family love, values and heritage. I wish they would rerun it on one of the channels dedicated to shows of the past/ yesterday.
