Another Amazing and Amusing Karma Episode
thomastheartist28 January 2024
I'm gonna miss Stepney once his visit to Sir Topham Hatt's railway ends. The engines will also miss him. What's worse is that a class 40 diesel known as The Diesel comes to "help" them. Like Sir Topham Hatt's steam engines, I also dislike The Diesel. Who is he to say that Sir Topham Hatt should replace his steam engines with "engines like him"? While true that diesel engines are modern and efficient, steam engines aren't any less special or useful. Steam engines are my favorite type of trains since my favorite characters Thomas and Percy are steam engines. Although steam engines are no longer on working railways, I'm glad they're preserved in various museums. Anyway, back to the episode. The engines are furious at The Diesel but little does he know that they're gonna have the last laugh. The Diesel's predicament is absolutely amusing as he sucks a bowler 🎩 with his air intake. Duck and Stepney were laughing and so would I as it's just what the diesel deserved. Duck and Stepney were very impressive as the got the express train to Crovan's Gate early where Gordon took over. I love hearing the chase theme playing as the two engines sped along the line. As Gordon says "that's one in the headlamp for old diesel" What Stepney says is funnier as he says "James says he's sick as boiler sludge and sulking in the shed". I agree with Gordon, it serves The Diesel right foe mocking them. Stepney's departure the next day is bitter sweet as he's leaving but the engines are there to see him off. As for The Diesel, he somehow left the shed and left the battered 🎩 behind. We don't care about him, do we?
