Kailash Kher gave the voice to the song "Bol Re Dilli Bol". Before release of the song in Dec. 2019, the ruling political party AAP's chieftains Kejriwal and Sisodia called him several times to stop the release of the song.
While making the documentary series, the production house was in need of archival footage related to Indian Against Corruption and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). They approached TV channels to buy /acquire the footage. NDTV agreed to sell the footage to Munish Raizada Films, but later on just became incommunicado, citing 'it leads to certain controversial topics''.
NDTV's softness and protective approach towards AAP is well known. It is interesting to know that a media house- which is supposed to cover news and views of diverse nature- is afraid of selling its footage rights citing ludicrous reasons. It is also well known that AAP-led govt of Delhi spends ridiculously excessive amounts of taxpayers' money on advertisements and image making to cover up its gaps in governance, says Raizada.
