- Lots of scenes of strong gory violence
- In the beginning, a woman falls from the top of a room onto the floor and a pool of blood is under her.
- A few minutes later, the same woman is the hospital when her sister is taking care of her, when she becomes possessed with the curse and attacks her with a pair of scalpels and cuts her up. (Very Gory & Frightening)
- The same thing happens later except the possessed girl gets stabbed once in the stomache.
- Several people in the movie try to kill the girl but none do up until the end.
- At the end, the boy comes to her house, kills her parents (the murder is shown offscreen), then stabs the girl and her other sister, and they stab him, but he doesn't die. He then burns down their house with gasoline.
