Finally the battle ends. Lasted like seven episodes, it was a very good battle, but not excellent. Here, Sakura intercedes to save Chiyo but is stabbed with Sasori's sword. As he retreats to make on final charge, Chiyo uses Mother and Father puppets to stab Sasori's heart, a fatal and definitive move. Then, she manages to heal Sakura's wound, but considering it was a serious wound, she's forced to use a reanimation jutsu, seemingly using her vital force to save Sakura's life. She explains that since she was alive, she won't die neither, it wasn't a life exchange. I know it looks a little bit unrealistic, but I prefer to think that Chiyo simply used more energy than the usual to heal Sakura's wound. Anyway, nothing is more unrealistic that Sasori's life. As he says his final words, he tells that he's neither alive or dead, he's just an unfinished puppet with only one human part: his heart. That's why he survived to Sakura's blow on last episode, and why Chiyo stabbed that part with Mother and Father puppets. Though Sasori told how many experiments he made, and how he doesn't feel anything, like pain or emotions, I can't understand how he's alive. From the moment he revealed he had nothing inside him, that he transformed into a puppet, I thought, this is surreal, even for Nartuo's world. Chiyo said that the heart produces his chakra, so that's how he can control the puppets. But that's how he talks? How he remembers? How he thinks? Only with his heart? No, I can't buy it. Realistically, he can make a puppet with an arm (like Chiyo had), or legs, but a man, or a ninja cannot stay without the brain, the spinal cord, and the heart. At least in Naruto's universe, I'd believe he needs that to live, think, talk, have memories. That's the main reason of why I didn't rate these episodes of the fight higher (I rated with an 8 the others). The rest of the fight, Sasori using the third Kazekage, Chiyo using the Mother and Father, even the 10 vs 100 (which obviously implies the lesser the puppets, the easier to manipulate them), or Sakura's protagonism and persistance, her memories of learning with Tsunade which explains how he learned to dodge and hit, the antidote, was very well done. So that was it, Sasori's form of living is the only part which confused me on this long battle. Then, the part where he reveals the meeting with his spy working along Orochimaru was interesting. He said he mentioned it as a reward for defeating him. But it's clear, it's because he died happily. Chiyo later said that Sasori actually saw her final move, but he chose not to react, and die this way, next to his puppets of Mother and Father. This tells that Sasori still held memories of his parents and his grandmother, even the time Itachi mentioned that Chiyo was coming, Sasori silently wondered about her. He chose to die by the hand of the person who raised him, and the puppets that once comforted him. He may have become a mad puppet master, but he never forgot his childhood, and the woman who raised him, the woman who taught him a way to escape the sad reality. This tells that Sasori could still feel something, like happiness by seeing Chiyo again. It was the best possible finale for this Akatsuki.
The rest of the episode shows Kakashi and Naruto still on the chase after Deidara. Kakashi's plan is revealed: he will use the Mangekyo Sharingan, which he developed in the past years. This is connected to the original owner of the eye, Obito, but that will be revealed later.
