When the boys are on the Nemesis Inferno, Will sits at the front while the rest sit behind him. This leaves the right outside seat free. However, when the roller coaster is moving the mounted camera shows that Simon, Jay, and Neil have all moved one seat to the right, meaning that Simon is now on the right outside seat instead of it being free.
When Jay opens the door, the inside of it is hit by a post leading to the door being broken off. When Simon is later carrying the door, the outside is dented.
When Simon is parking his car after arriving at Thorpe Park, his car shows two different number plates on the front and the back of the car. The front shows 'M335 ALP' and the back shows 'M483 LTH', which was also the number plate of the hearse the car got stuck behind earlier.
When Simon arrives home after passing his test, he grabs the Nintendo out of his brother's hand and when the camera flips back to Simon the Nintendo is nowhere to be seen. It could be in his back pocket but the camera change did not leave enough time for this to happen.
Simon's new car has differing number plates front and back. M335 ALP at the front and M483 LTH at the rear when they were in Thorpe Park car park.
At the start where Simon is attempting the reverse parking, the instructor is showing him incorrectly as they attempt a reverse park on the right side of the road and not on the left. The attempt would be against the flow of traffic when they are performed on the left hand side of the road.
Simon is practicing parallel parking where there is a car in front of him and behind him. In an actual driving lesson, the instructor will only ask you to carry out a parallel park behind the lead vehicle and never between two vehicles. The driving instructor is obviously a very bad one, after Simon crashes into the parked car he demands that Simon drives off without leaving a note, so it's within character for him to make this obvious mistake.
When the boys follow a car of girls, a short clip is shown of the girl's car turning left and the image has been reversed.
When Simon's car gets stuck behind the hearse, a policeman is briefly seen stopping the traffic for filming just up the road in front of the convoy.
At the end Simon is having a go at Neil for saying that his sisters boyfriend couldn't fix the car door, but it was actually Jay who said about Neil's sisters boyfriend who works in a garage and not Neil.
