Today, Luca and Melua hop in the car for a long journey to their next exciting destination. Devil's tower national monument. A monumentally tall outcrop of rock in the Bear Lodge Ranger District of Wyoming. Welcome to another fun-filled day of exploration. After travelling many miles around the USA, Melua and Luca have found themselves in the Giant Sequoia National Monument in California. Giant sequoias are giant, rusty red trees. Luckily, most of the giant sequoia groves in the U.S are protected, so these gentle giants are free to grow and grow and grow. They grow so big it would take up to 6 people to stretch their arms out to wrap around the base of one of these trees.
