Addictive

The ending was really rushed, it really took me by surprise when I realised I was on the last episode. However, other than that I thoroughly enjoyed this kdrama and pretty much binge watched it. There was something really great about watching characters doing something every day that we all do- go to work. I also really liked that none of the characters are created to be 'perfect' or aspirational and are all very flawed. This is what makes them so human and this is what makes the story work as this drama is much more about character development than anything else. Characters who might have been a typical villain in another show we get to know and learn that behind the mask and unlikeable behaviours they are just so very human. The show explains how all of these very different and 'dysfunctional' characters share something in common: they just want to work hard to succeed in their job and take care of their families. Really great sense of humour, just don't expect a love story!

Never boring, sometimes surprising

Never boring, sometimes surprising (with some out of the blue easter-eggs and cameos). Well acted and directed, upon a joyful, intelligent script. Congrats!

Make it spicier

A young intern is bullied out of his job by a manager due to a series of events, years later the same manager comes to work at a company as a senior intern where the young intern is now a manager. The series starts well in the first episode but after that it fails to follow through. The actors do a fine job and parts of the story are amusing but overall it feels too rushed with little character development and a plot that just gets you from point to point. I think the writing team came up with ideas and then just cobbled them together, which is sad as it could have been really good.

Good Enough

" Kkondae Intern " was, unexpectedly, quite enjoyable.

The comedy parts of the drama were solid, as the 'bromance' between the two leads was A) well-paced and took its time to mature, B) the two leads had chemistry which helped a lot. Also, there was no unnecessary romantic drama added to it, even though there were some specks of romance to the story. But, overall, the story was kept clean and business-focused. Another plus was the team dynamics, although there were some senior characters that tended to be left out of the equation.

The whole chaebol drama was nice too, even though it was kind of predictable. The drama had some moments that felt rushed too. An example is the ending. That episode had actually started nicely and smoothly, however, towards the ending, it was a bit messy.

Finally, the performances were quite good from everyone in the cast. The length of the drama was just enough as well for the story to be well presented.

So, overall, seven and a half out of ten.

It gave me memories of my second job. My manager was very rude to me, I was separated from my colleagues and made sit next to managers cubicals , so I was the punching bag for almost 18 months, was made to work overtime , weekends and on public holidays, my vacation was cut short, my work was given credit to others.i wish I get a chance like this.

Decent but Nothing Special

This was a decent watch that mostly kept my interest throughout. Some of the comedy fell a bit flat but for the most part it was funny. The two male leads had a lot of character development - they were fully fleshed out, three-dimensional characters. Overall it was an okay show.

Alright

It's a decent office comedy with good dynamics between the male leads but it fell short when they included Tae Ri into the mix. Tae Ri had the chance to elevate the dynamic even further if she and Yeol Chan were to be involved together, this would give Man Shik and Yeol Chan another layer to their dynamic. This would also help providing another plot line to better fill the 12 episodes because it was getting a bit dry with the jokes in the later parts. The side characters were lacking in "character" especially the coworkers in the same office, they all fell under the same characteristics. I would be easier to recommend if it was shorter than 8 episodes.
