In the medieval spit scene, Alton describes Yorkshire as "just below Northumbria." In fact, Northumbria was a medieval kingdom of which present-day Yorkshire was an integral part (York was one of the capitals). If he meant to say Northumberland, Yorkshire is quite a bit south.
