Hammerbarn is a send-up of hardware stores like B&Q, Homebase, and The Home Depot, and also Mitre-10. Absolutely hilarious and real, with Bluey and Bingo being neighborhood rivals on the trolley from aisle to aisle. When Mom yelled "Bluey" because of a broken gnome, things got real for sure.

The Heelers each experience a bit of the old green eyed monster.
Hammerbarn is one of my favourite Bluey sketches as it is a fairly sharp observation of human (albeit in canine form) behaviour. It humorously shows the individual's natural inclination towards envy and jealousy, particularly towards material possessions. I love that they parallel both children and adult behaviour. This is easily recognisable in everyday life.
Importantly, as always, it is portrayed in a very funny way. To me, Bluey and Bingo are absolutely hilarious whilst shopping in Hammerbarn and this sequence is brilliant.
