Glass maker Lea Thomson is found by fellow trainees, throat-slit in the Wismar site of Swedish artisanal glass chain NorlinGlas. She was murdered at night, when nobody had access. She had an affair with the chain owner Magnus Norlin, who was in town with his doting adult daughter Annika and lost in previous wife in similarly mysterious circumstances, discarded by Swedish police. Lea also had a steady local lover, loner maverick musician Martin Neuville, who points at Magnus.
