Way Down In Chinatown Exclusive Casting Announcement
Nancy Wolfe (Susan Atkins/Sexy Sadie from Helter Skelter) joins the cast of Way Down In Chinatown
The Way Down in Chinatown production team – being independent filmmaker Eric Michael Kochmer, Angel Corbin, Maria Olsen and Jonathan Haloossim - are thrilled to welcome Nancy Wolfe of Helter Skelter fame to the cast. Wolfe has bagged the supporting role of Lindie in Way Down in Chinatown, the utterly creepy and surprisingly intense noir horror feature that will soon be unleashed on horror fans.
Wolfe caused major waves in horror / serial killer movie circles with her eerily terrifying portrayal of Susan Atkins “Sexy Sadie” in the 1976 made-for-television movie Helter Skelter, which tells the story of the gruesome Los Angeles murders masterminded by Charles Manson. Neither the Tate/Labianca murders nor Manson himself is ever out of public consciousness for long, nor should Wolfe’s portrayal of Atkins,...

When it comes to favorites around the Dread Central offices, few actors hold a spot higher than the always excellent Dee Wallace (The Howling, Rob Zombie's Halloween, Cujo, Critters, E.T.). This lady has done it all, and now she's about to tango with big red himself.
Bloody Disgusting got word that Wallace will be starring in the new film from Gregori J. Martin (The Intruders, Raven) Unhallowed, which shoots February in Los Angeles and New York.
Along with Wallace, Kristos Andrews, Gabrielle Stone, and Miriam Colon (who is still in talks) star. Martin's latest is in the vein of Rosemary's Baby and The Exorcist. It follows a family who loses their son and seeks guidance from a spiritual healer whom many believe to be the reincarnation of Luke (from the Bible). Cue supernatural happenings, vigorous readings from the Bible, and the usual Satanic hijinx.

Two guys walk into a bar... which is strange because you would think if the first guy walked into it, the second guy would have seen it! *rim shot* Wocka, wocka, wocka! Ah, to be a funny man. And that is the subject of the new web series presented by Daily Motion entitled, just that, The Funny Man. However, this dude is anything but funny and actually seems really difficult to get along with.
Dm was gracious enough to bring this web series to us just in time for Halloween, releasing one segment of the project each day from October 25 to November 3. The story (at least what I've seen so far) revolves around a deranged comedian with a real Norman Bates vibe. He wears a mask that makes him look like a walking Hot Pocket, but the bad intentions this guy exudes cannot be overstated.
I definitely suggest you scroll down,...

It takes a special final girl to take on Freddy Krueger twice and live to tell about it. Alice Johnson was exactly that girl. Brought to life by actress Lisa Wilcox in the fourth and fifth installments of the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise, Alice was the only final girl in the series to survive the killer clutches of Robert Englund.
Her character was passed the torch by Dream Warriors' final girl, Kristen Parker (Tuesday Knight, who took over the role from Patricia Arquette), when she finally fell victim to Freddy. Part Four became the journey of Alice to find her inner strength as well as take on the strengths of her fallen friends in order to overcome Freddy and help make Elm Street a safe place to dream once again.
In honor of her place in final girl history, Dread Central recently caught up with Wilcox to speak to her about Alice,...
