I'm giving the review of this The Bill episode on its fourteenth anniversary.
Just after previous episode "Blind Alley", Banksy and detestable Sam Nixon fail to coerce male stripper Tom Norris over the Paula Merrick incident.
Some recognise Vikki's boyfriend, Andy's actor used to be in Australia's Home and Away as Noah. I don't much like that soap anymore and didn't watch much of it before 2008/2009.
Overall, as the episode ends, I'm betting Tom Norris is innocent in both the rape of Paula Merrick and murder of Vikki Miller.
