In the making of the movie
Around the World Under the Sea (1966), there are many hazards that the cast and crew have to deal with in working with the unknowns of the oceans around the world. The crew have at their disposal the most modern of technical devices, both in their need to film in underwater situations, and to make the movie as realistic as possible. But in dealing with wild sea animals, they learn much about their surroundings and come across some unexpected surprises, such as being able to tame tiger sharks and catching a live shark birth on camera.
