This DLC has one of the best game worlds I have ever explored. There's a lot of fascinating things to find and some very fun side quests. The main quest is so-so, but definitely has its memorable trippy moments. I would absolutely recommend this DLC. It adds some badass weapons, fun quests, and some menacing enemy types. My only qualms with Point Lookout are its satisfactory main quest and enemies that are just ridiculously powerful and take way too many hits to kill. In any case, this DLC is worth your time just for its atmosphere and locations.

After taking a hiatus, I finally came back and finished my final fallout 3 dlc; point lookout. First things first, this is probably the biggest map of any fallout 3 dlc. You're on point lookout originally to find a girl but of course, there's many other missions to find in this swampy, hillbilly-infested bayou. Cults run by an AI, sacred books used to cause evil, and some unfinished Chinese government business is some of the cool stuff Bethesda throws to you in this dlc. Definitely a cool send off, as of officially, I'm finally done with Fallout 3.
