At the end of 412, Wendy, sitting in the front passenger side of the car, violently throws her head against the window. A moment later, blood trickles from above her hairline. But at the start of this episode, Wendy has a large bruise BELOW her hairline, clearly (and solely) on her forehead. But Wendy only slammed her head against the window ONCE. So, for the bruise to work with the trickle of blood coming from above her hairline, the bruise on her forehead should have, at the very least, gone into her hairline. But the flat surface of the car window would NOT allow these two separate areas of injury. The director should have chosen one area or the other, or a merger of the two.
Wendy brings a small duffel bag full of money to her father at the motel, telling him it contains "over $2,000,000". Bills are wrapped/strapped in packets of 100, so $100 bills would compose 200 packets+, and the bag is clearly not large enough to hold that many.
